  • Eating nutritious food and avoiding junk food is another thing she emphasizes, along with that you must also have your meals at proper timings to get the best results. It is recommended to have breakfast from 8-9 am, lunch from 12-1 pm, and dinner within 8-9 pm.
  • For working personnel who are going out during the time of COVID, you must take steam at least twice a day, and people affected with COVID must do the same at least four times a day. Even others, feeling absolutely fine, must take steam once a day.
  • Mrs. Singh recommends that we drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated; drink water and juice of different fruits, extracted in your home, not the ones that are store-bought.
  • She has advised practicing Yog Nidra to have a good sleep at night, pranayama to keep the lungs healthy among the yoga poses, accompanied by meditation.
  • Another one of her advice is to apply pressure on your hands and feet, and you can clap loudly in the morning to stimulate the acupressure points on your palms.
