NLP Practitioner Ishani Mishra – your guide to a better life

The power of the human brain is enormous. It’s a treasure house that has been a mystery for ages. Numerous studies are being conducted to understand how the brain works and how to reach its maximum potential. It’s been said that the great scientist Einstein had used only 8% of the total capacity of his brain. This means that if only 8% of his brain could do such wonders, think of reaching a quarter or even a half of the brain’s potential! Well, an NLP Practitioner can help you get started on that path.

Our bodies, actions, and decisions are all run by our brain. Therefore, we must understand how our brain picks up information, what entices it, what disturbs it, and what is it that needs to be unlocked to reach the zenith and potential to succeed. We often observe that there are certain things that we pick up faster than others. We might also notice that someone is good in vocals while poor in cord coordination. All this is because we have wired our brains from childhood to work in a certain way. Our experiences, environment, and upbringing have framed our personality and perception.

The Secret To Success Is Within Us

If we look closely, it is just portraiture of what our brain has decided to pick up and how it decides to portray itself before the action we take. Now, you might think, how can someone decide what their brain wants to pick up? Or, how could you possibly control the working of your brain? The answer lies in a simple mechanism. The way our brain works the way it does is due to the formation of neural pathways. Brain cells called neurons, make connections to form pathways. These pathways determine our decision-making, memories, reasoning, and other day-to-day activities. If somehow we trick/train our brain into creating pathways designed by us, we will be able to achieve the desired results in no time.

Now, the question arises, how can we form our pathways? The answer to this is –NLP. What is NLP? To understand NLP meaning, we need to know what it stands for. NLP full form is Neuro Linguistic Programming. NLP is also known as neuroplasticity. In simple terms if we break this down, neuro means neurons; Linguistic means language, and programming means creating self-designed pathways for your brain to function.  So we are creating a system/program of talking to or training our brain in its own language, the language of neuro-transmitters.

Help is At Hand

We have among our midst, an expert NLP practitioner by the name of Ishani Mishra. She is a working professional in the field of linguistics and is a well-known content writer as well. She delved into NLP at a young age and has already made a mark in it. NLP practitioners like her can help you overcome a lot of problems such as phobias, addictions, negative behaviours and counter-productive thinking habits.

On being asked what NLP means to her and what advice she would like to give to others, she says:

“Being an NLP practitioner for close to 4 years, the one thing I am sure to state is that it boosts your output level 2X times. The more NLP projects I take up, the more confident I am, of my knowledge and experience as well as benefitting others in the process as well. You too can benefit similarly from my journey. With NLP, you are optimistic, motivated, and energized to deal with whatever life throws at you. And not only for you, but with constant practise you will also rub this off on others as well, benefitting them from what has benefitted you. Just don’t complain when you become a magnet for people running to you with the request for advice, suggestions and who knows, you might be sought after for a few autographs too!“
